CTV Inc.
CTV Inc. is Canada's pre-eminent broadcast communications company with conventional television operations across Canada and a leading position in the specialty television sector.

CTV owns many of Canada's best-known and popular brands, with broadcasting signals covering 99 per cent of English-speaking Canadian households. Through CTV's owned-and-operated television stations across the country and affiliation agreements with three stations, CTV offers a wide range of quality news, sports, information and entertainment programming. CTV Inc. also owns ASN, a satellite television service in the Maritimes and Newfoundland and Labrador. In April 2001, CTV acquired CFCF Montreal and CKY Winnipeg.

CTV has one of Canada's strongest stables of specialty channels. Interest in holdings include: CTV Newsnet, Canada's 24-hour headline news channel; talktv, an all-talk specialty channel; The Comedy Network, Canada's first 24-hour network dedicated to comedy; TSN, the highest-rated Canadian specialty channel; RDS, the world's first 24-hour French-language all-sports channel; the award-winning Discovery Channel; Report on Business Television, Canada's all-business news network; and the Outdoor Life Network, Canada's adventure destination for outdoor enthusiasts. A minority interest in Viewer's Choice Canada is also held. In Fall 2001, CTV launched six new digital specialty channels: WTSN, CTV Travel, Animal Planet, Discovery Civilization, ESPN Classic Canada and the NHL Network.

CTV also owns interests in production houses and music publishers, including Dome Productions, Aritsan Entertainment Inc., Exploration Production Inc., Exploration Distribution Inc., Agincourt Productions Inc. and CTV Music.

CTV is developing new ways to deliver its award-winning content. Through Bell Globemedia Interactive, a sister division, CTV's content is available on CTV.ca, TSN.ca, RDS.ca, robtv.com and EXN.ca.

CTV Inc. is owned by Bell Globemedia, Canada's premier multi-media company, which also owns The Globe and Mail, Canada's National Newspaper.

CTV Prince Albert
The city of Prince Albert and surrounding Northern Saskatchewan Communities have had a powerful and reliable news source since CTV Prince Albert (CIPA) began transmitting in January 1987.

The CTV Prince Albert news team upholds the integrity and tradition of CTV News with a complete, informative news package, delivering local stories along with national and international news coverage. CTV Prince Albert is proud to air Indigenous Circle, a half-hour program dealing with Aboriginal issues at home and beyond. Saskatchewan's only farm magazine program, Farmgate, airs Sundays at noon.

In addition to proving excellence through superior news coverage, CTV Prince Albert is dedicated to its community. Support of non-profit organizations and service clubs, and the sponsorship of local entertainment and fundraising events demonstrates CTV Prince Albert's strong local involvement.

CTV Regina
CTV Regina (CKCK) is dedicated to the people of Regina and Southern Saskatchewan and has served them since 1954.

In Regina and surrounding areas, viewers have made the News At Six and the highly popular News At Noon number one. Hosts Manfred Joehnck and Carla Beynon and the entire news team deliver a comprehensive local news and events package, along with national and international news coverage.

CTV Regina is the only station in its market to offer supper-hour and late-night newscasts, seven days a week, plus a full hour of News at Noon during the week. It is the information source for local farmers with a farm news segment in every major weekday cast, as well as Farmgate, Saskatchewan's only farm magazine program, airing Sunday at noon. CTV Regina is proud to air Indigenous Circle, an in-depth look at Aboriginal issues at home and beyond.
